  4. Treat Yourself/ Practice Self Care
  5. Know your Worth
  6. Become a Morning Person
  7. Write down goals and work towards them everyday
  8. Look in the mirror and smile at yourself, it works 😉
  9. Get rid of Negativity!
  10. Focus on yourself, first!
